Kwik Twin-Path® High Performance Fiber (HPF) Slings

Kwik High Performance Fiber Slings

  • Constructed of high performance load carrying yarns
  • Protected by two independent, seamless abrasion resistant covers
  • Inner red cover acts as a warning if the outer cover is torn
  • If Kwik Twin-Path® slings are overloaded beyond their rated capacity, the patented "Tattle Tails" visual overload indicators shrink until they finally disappear under the cover
  • The inner red cover is protected by an outer green or gray Covermax abrasion resistant cover
  • The Twin-Path® design provides two complete and separate paths of load bearing fiber. Each path makes it's own separate connection between the lifting hook and the load. This unique back up system is designed to provide the sling user with sufficient time to maintain control of the load if damage of one of the paths went undetected
  • DO NOT EXCEED RATED CAPACITY
  • Avoid sharp edges, pinching or temperatures exceeding 180°F
  • Any sling can fail if damaged, misused or overloaded
  • DEATH or INJURY can occur from improper use or maintenance
  • Lifting values for each type hitch can be found on the hot branded leather tag. The sling also comes with a flag that has the vertical capacity on one side and identifying serial number on the other side
  • Sleeves can be sewn around the sling body so they can be positioned in areas of greatest potential for cutting or abuse
  • Kwik HPF slings do not fail catastrophically
  • The capacities shown on the specification sheet include both paths and are for one complete sling
  • INSPECT before each and every use
  • When in doubt, return the sling to the manufacturer for test and repair. NEVER use a damaged sling that has exposed red warning or exposed fiber
